The kids worked on a "Happy Birthday, Jesus!" cake on Christmas Eve. I baked and frosted the cake and then turned over complete control to them. I let them go to town with sprinkles or whatever they wanted. They had a blast!

looks much better than our Jesus birthday cake, we just had a yellow box cake with green food dye in it so it was a green cake, LOL
